Keto Friendly Salsa Verde Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 medium boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 C. salsa verde
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 11x7 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 
  2. Heat the olive oil and minced garlic in a large pan. 
  3. Brown the pork chops on both sides and season with salt, pepper and cumin. 
  4. Remove the pork chops from the pan and place in the baking dish. 
  5. Pour the salsa verde over the pork chops and top with diced jalapeno. 
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes. 
  7. Remove from the oven and serve with a salad or riced cauliflower.
