Commonly Asked Questions About Apple Cheesecake Bars

What’s the difference between apple pie and apple cheesecake?

Many people feel that cheesecake isn’t a pie, but in reality, a pie is a cylinder dish with a treat in the middle that’s about 4 inches in height and can be served after any meal. While many people think that cheesecake is more of a cake, than a pie, I have to disagree. I feel that apple cheesecake is a pie just like apple pie, it’s simply a different texture and flavor alongside different ingredients.

How do you make apple pie cheesecake?

While my recipe is for apple cheesecake bars, you can easily adjust my bars recipe to be an apple pie cheesecake.  Simply use a different pan style and refrain from cutting the apple pie cheesecake bars into bars.
