Common Questions

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:

Do you need to refrigerate brownies?

Homemade brownies will last a relatively long time, but if you want to make their shelf life even longer it’s best to store them in an airtight container that’s been vacuum sealed. You can keep brownies at room temperature when you’ve vacuum sealed them as they’ll maintain their moist texture instead of turning into dry crumbs.

How do you keep brownies from getting hard?

The best way to keep brownies from getting hard is to keep air out of them. You can do this by vacuum sealing the container you have them stored in or you can store brownies wrapped up tightly in aluminum foil to keep your double chocolate brownies moist for a longer period of time.
