It’s hard to believe that the schools in the valley will all be getting out at the end of this week. It doesn’t seem possible that I will have a 2nd grader, full time kindergartner, and a newborn. Where has the time gone?
As summer starts, we will be kicking it off with camping, bbq’s, and of course plenty of play-dates. One thing that all of these events have in common for us is good food and drinks made simple.
Kool-Aid and Country Time are making it even easier for me to have drinks ready for these events without any stress with the release of Kool-Aid Easy Mix Liquid and County Time Lemonade Starter available at Walmart.

Just because both of these mixes come in liquid form that doesn’t mean that you need to feel like that is the only thing they can be used for. I found plenty of uses for both flavors to make fun kids snacks, dips, and desserts. Below I’m sharing how I used the Country Time Lemonade Starters to create a simple 4 Ingredient Mini No-Bake Berry Cheesecake. I opted to make mini berry cheesecakes because who can pass up a cute cheesecake? You could easily fill a 9 inch graham cracker pie crust instead.
4 Ingredient Mini No-Bake Berry Cheesecake
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese room temperature
- 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 12 -14 tablespoons of CountyTime Berry Lemonade Starter
- 2-3 drops pink food coloring optional
- 10 mini graham cracker crusts
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into mini graham cracker crusts. I used a large cookie scoop and found that one scoop fills each cup with a little room for whip cream.
