Looks like something I can make. Embarrassed to say that I haven’t made a potato casserole or scalloped potatoes before! I’m sure my whole family would enjoy this.

I love potato and I love beef, what a great combo to make up for a casserole on a rainy day. Since summer in NH has been rainy, I have been craving a filling meal like this.
